I am pleased to announce that the EMI Group have decided to appoint BDO as statutory auditors to replace Ernst & Young in Poland, Hungary, Turkey, UAE, Greece and South Africa. The news was communicated to the relevant regional representatives of EMI in late December, by Clare Jarvis, Director, Business Support, EMI Music Continental Europe.

The key reason BDO won was the local strength of our firms in each territory, combined with the comfort of knowing there is a strong international network to provide support. The win demonstrates once again BDO’s international collaborative strengths and exceptional local understanding.
