BDO Numerica has established a tax litigation practice in Poland. The managers responsible for the tax litigation services line are Filip Switala and Krzysztof Radzikowski. They begun with a new product regarding recovery of interest on overdue Polish VAT refunds made under the rules based on the Eight VAT Directive. |
