BDO CampsObers has launched a new web site to provide a better service to its clients. It has a new look and feel and fully interactive functionality.
With its strong local focus, BDO CampsObers’ aim is to offer customised information to its clients in the Netherlands. ‘We see that entrepreneurs nowadays want to have information as quickly as possible ‘, says Paul Lekkerkerker, Head of Marketing, Communication and Sales. ‘During the design process of our new web site, our basic thought was to provide quick and complete information. Our clients must have easy access to our professionals’ knowledge. For us that means providing white papers on various topics, standard contracts, but also the ability in contact our professionals directly.’
Virtual offices
The firm’s objective is for communication to be closer to its clients. The strong local focus is therefore also visible for visitors of the web site. Each of the 30 BDO offices in the Netherlands has its own site where they can inform their clients about current issues and provide specific information for that region. ‘Our goal is to provide customised services. With the new site we want to create a resource of valuable information for the entrepreneurs in the Netherlands’, says Lekkerkerker.
