The Prime Minister of Schleswig-Holstein, Peter Harry Carstensen, awarded the honorary Chairman of BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand, Hans-Heinrich Otte, an honorary professorship on 20 March 2007.
The conferring of this special title recognises Mr. Otte’s many years of commitment in culture, research and teaching. In this regard, his commitment to the reconstruction of the St. Marien church in Lübeck, as well as the promotion of research and teaching in the field of business studies, are particularly commendable.
The Prime Minister personally presented the certificate to Mr. Hans-Heinrich Otte during a degree ceremony held at the state government’s guest house in Kiel.
